HOW TO ORDER?

2. Add your item to your cart.
3. If you choose personalized cook book, add all information for engraving in the field “Add your personalization”
4. Please check carefully information for engraving and your postal address twice.
5. If you choose personalized recipe book, we will send you the layout for approval in the conversations on Etsy within 24 hours. If you will not answer within 24 hours, we will send your order as indicated in the layout sent to you in the conversations.
6. If you choose not-personalized recipe book, we will send you confirmation letter in the conversations.
7. Once your order is ready, we will ship your cook book and send you the tracking number.

We usually make your item in 1-3 business days. Manufacturing time for wholesale orders is calculated individually.
The estimated standard delivery time from Ukraine is:
• 8-25 business days to the USA and Europe;
• 3-8 weeks to Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Oceania;
• 2-6 weeks to Asia Pacific;
• 3-10 weeks to Latin America, the Caribbean, North Africa, the Middle East and Sub-Saharan Africa
Shipping time can be shorter, if you upgrade your shipping while ordering, just choose necessary delivery position.

Information about standard delivery time is provided by the postal services and we don't guarantee that the parcel will arrive at the indicated time. Your parcel may come faster or may be delayed on its way. Also, we are not responsible for various force-majeure circumstances or natural disasters, that may affect the delivery time.

Please, pay attention that during Christmas, New Year and other holidays, the delivery time can be increased by 7-14 days.

All costs for international delivery (fees, taxes and duties) should be paid by the buyer.

If your parcel is returned because of incorrect information about the address or if you forgot to receive it, we can send it back, but you should pay the shipping cost again.
